These Terms govern use of the Aurique storefront and purchases made through it. By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your transaction, together with Aurique’s posted policies and rights that cannot be excluded by law.
You may use the Aurique storefront for lawful personal shopping and related customer-service purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the service in a manner that harms Aurique or others, or use the storefront for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Aurique aims to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, photographs, colours and other details accurately. Screen settings, photography and natural or manufacturing variation can affect appearance. Product information should be read together with any options, sizing, care information or disclosures shown on the product page. Nothing in these Terms limits rights relating to goods that are materially misrepresented or otherwise protected by applicable law.
Products specifically presented by Aurique as Authentic Italian 18K or 21K Real Gold are part of Aurique’s distinct Real Gold collection. Fashion jewelry, plated, finished or non-tarnish products must not be treated as Real Gold merely because a title, colour or description uses the word gold. Any documentation supplied with a Real Gold piece forms part of the product information for that order.
Product prices are shown in the currency presented by the storefront or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other amounts required for the order are calculated or disclosed through checkout before purchase. Prices, promotions and availability can change before an order is placed. A price change after a completed purchase does not automatically entitle either party to re-price the completed order unless required by law.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. Aurique may need to verify availability, payment, shipping information or fraud and security concerns before fulfilment. An order may be declined or cancelled where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, information is materially incorrect, fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected, or fulfilment would be unlawful or impracticable. If Aurique cancels an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Aurique currently uses Shopify hosted checkout and the payment methods offered there. Payment credentials are processed by Shopify and the applicable payment provider rather than stored as complete card data by the custom Aurique storefront. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and payment information and for being authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery timing available for an order are presented at checkout and are governed by Aurique’s Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Selected high-value orders, including Authentic Italian 18K and 21K Real Gold, may require tracking, signature, insurance or additional verification appropriate to the order.
All Aurique jewelry purchases are final sale, including fashion jewelry and Authentic Italian 18K and 21K Real Gold. Aurique does not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Customers should review product information and order details carefully before completing checkout. This final-sale policy does not exclude remedies Aurique is required to provide for damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misrepresented goods, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions or usage limits disclosed with the offer. Unless Aurique states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed purchases. Aurique may refuse or reverse a promotion that has been obtained through fraud, technical abuse or use outside its stated terms, subject to applicable law.
Despite reasonable care, the storefront may occasionally contain typographical, pricing, inventory or technical errors. Aurique may correct errors and update information. Where an error materially affects an order already placed, Aurique will address the affected transaction fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law rather than silently substituting a materially different product or charge.
The Aurique name, storefront design, original photography, graphics, product presentation, written content and other Aurique-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished, commercially exploited or used to misrepresent an affiliation with Aurique without permission, except where applicable law permits the use. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The storefront relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, commerce, checkout, payments and shipping. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Aurique is not responsible for a third party’s independent service beyond responsibilities that applicable law places on Aurique as the seller.
Aurique may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the storefront, product catalogue or features from time to time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Changes to the storefront do not alter rights already attached to a completed order except where agreed with the customer or permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Aurique is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse of the storefront. These Terms do not exclude, restrict or waive warranties, remedies, liabilities or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Use of personal information in connection with the storefront, orders and customer support is described in Aurique’s Privacy Policy. Payment providers, Shopify, carriers and other service providers may also process information under their own privacy terms where applicable.
These Terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to Aurique’s Canadian operations and, where applicable, the laws of Ontario and Canada. This section does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights that apply under the law of the consumer’s jurisdiction.
Aurique may update these Terms as the storefront, services, policies or legal requirements change. The terms applicable to a completed transaction should not be changed retroactively in a way that removes rights already attached to that transaction, except where permitted by law or agreed with the customer.
